




Booking your Villa in the Algarve |
The Reservation Process: Once you have found a Villa or Apartment that you would like to visit, you must email> or telephone> us to reserve it. We will then confirm it's availability and send you a Booking Form, and our 'Terms & Conditions'. A 25% deposit will be required to secure the reservation (unless you are travelling within eight weeks, in which case the full amount will be due), and once we receive that deposit, along with your completed Booking Form, the accommodation is officially Booked for you. The person responsible for making the reservation (the Lead Passenger) must be at least 18 years of age, and in some cases we reserve the right to refuse 'single sex' bookings, so you must inform us at the time of confirming your reservation if either of these issues are relevant. Our Prices: The prices published on our website are in UK Pounds (GBP £) and are 'per week' for the property up to the maximum number of guests allowed. If your period of stay crosses over two seasons (for example, your arrival day is towards the end of a month and your vacation crosses into the following month) the total rental rate for your stay will be calculated on a pro rata daily basis. In most cases we can accommodate additional guests in a property, but you must confirm this with us before making your reservation and there will be an additional charge to pay. If you require to make payment in another currency you should contact the representative dealing with your reservation to discuss this option.

Making your Payment: Remember - which ever method you choose to make your payment you can do so with peace of mind as you have the security of financial protection when booking with us - click here> to find out more. Payment by cheque or bank transfer: Once your Booking has been confirmed you will receive a Booking Form and payment instructions by email from our Accounts Department. You will return your Booking Form and cheque payment to our office in Bristol. If you prefer to make an Internet Bank Transfer (BACS) full details will be provided in the Booking Confirmation email. Payment by credit card cheque: If you wish to pay from a credit card account you can ask your card provider to make a payment from your credit card account to us, or you can use a credit card cheque, which most of the larger card providers (such as Halifax, Lloyds TBS, Barclays & MBNA) now issue precisely for the purpose of making such a purchase. If you elect one of these methods you will be charged by your card provider for the privilege. Payment by credit card over the telephone: We can accept full payment by credit card over the telephone. This payment method will be subject to a 2% surcharge & is dependant upon your arrival date. When paying by credit card over the telephone full payment will be required to secure your reservation.

The Arrival Procedure:
Approximately 10 days before you are due to arrive we will send a full set of written instructions to you by email which will take you from your chosen airport to one of our local management offices, or directly to the villa or apartment itself.
