A beautiful course adjoining the Ria Formosa nature reserve. Opened in 1988, this course has the reputation of being ‘simply the best’ and recently listed as the second best course in Europe. 1st priority given to Dona Filipa Hotel and Penina Hotel Clubhouse,
showers, changing rooms, restaurant, bar, pro-shop, driving range, putting green, chipping green, academy, club, trolley, powakaddy & buggy hire. Soft spikes are
required and can be fitted before play.

20km west of Faro airport on the Quinta do Lago. Pinheiros Altos also benefits from the adjoining Ria Formosa nature reserve where bird life and exotic plants abound.
