Situated just outside of the Village of Carvoeiro>, but close to the Carvoeiro Pestana Golf Resort and all surrounding amenities, this property enjoys great views across the countryside, and to the Monchique mountains in the distance. The Villa has a good sized private pool, terraces, and soft landscaped gardens. The beaches of Carvoeiro are just a short drive away as are tennis facilities, water sports, and some fabulous walks along the local cliffs.
This is a well established, and very popular villa enjoying the privacy of a small residential estate, and yet with easy access to Carvoeiro and the surrounding amenities. There are several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, along with a mini-market and other local shops. The development has two restaurants within its grounds, and there is a shared pool which is perfect for children to meet and make friends. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and there is ample parking for several cars.
