This villa really lives up to its name, with a beautiful view to the Ocean across Salgados Golf course. The property is modern, in excellent condition, and located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra.
The villa is 'child friendly', with a pool fence and stair gates.
All the bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned (for cooling & heating). The beach is just 2km from the property, and there are small number of bars and restaurants approximately 300m from 'Belavista'. |
The large swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps and can be heated (supplement charge applies). The pool water is cleaned biologically, which means that the water is very pleasant to swim in. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a pool side shower and 6 sunbeds. There is a brick built BBQ. There is an alarm system and a safe, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. |
