This beautiful modern spacious villa is only 300m from the beach and enjoys panoramic Ocean views. The area has many very good restaurants. The property is totally enclosed by walls & gate and includes air-conditioning. There is a large mosaic tiled swimming pool (12m x 4.5m) which can be heated (supplement charge applies), and it is surrounded by terraces and lawned gardens with a shower & BBQ. Car Hire> is recommended. Please note that this is a 'No Smoking' property.

Approximately 5 minutes drive from Guia is Guia Shopping which is now the largest shopping centre on the Algarve, and here can also be found a 10 pin Bowling Centre and multi screen Cinema. Guia is also know as the home to 'chicken piri piri' - one of the traditional recipes of the Algarve. The very large lit swimming pool (12m x 6m) has Roman steps is surrounded by terraces. There is a pool-side shower & BBQ. Car Hire> is recommended for getting around.
