This
beachfront villa has been totally, and very tastefully, renovated and
refurbished, to a very high standard. The Villa enjoys a fantastic location
directly above the beach with wonderful Ocean views. The local beach has a bar/restaurant serving drinks & lunches, and is easily walked to. There are many amenities
very close by including a mini market and a good selection of bars and
restaurants.

The pool can be heated (a supplement charge
applies), and it is surrounded by terraces with sun beds and a brick built BBQ,
poolside shower and a pool bathroom with shower. To the side of the villa there
is a spacious lawned area of approx 130m² and the whole property is totally
enclosed by walls and a gate. The Villa has
air-conditioning in the lounge and
bedrooms (including in weekly rates). The historic town of Albufeira is just
2kms distant - or approximately 30 minutes walk - and if you take the walk along
the beach it is just 15 minutes from the Villa. The property is located within a
private cul-de-sac and the nearest restaurants and supermarket are just 200m
way.
