This delightful 3 bedroom villa is situated in Quinta dos Alamos, a well established residential estate on the outskirts of Guia, which is a small town with lots of shops and amenities, and is famous for its numerous good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. The property is fully air-conditioned and is situated in mature grounds and surroundings.

The villa has a beautiful long lawned garden, which is very private as it is enclosed by a wall. The swimming pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by terraces and has Roman steps, with optional heating available (supplement charge of £110.00 per week). There is also a BBQ and a shower & Car Hire> is recommended for getting to the beaches, the closest of which is approximately 6km away.
