Villa Rentals Albufeira - Casa do Pateo

This is a five bedroom beach-front villa in Albufeira, opening on to the lovely Praia dos Aveiros beach. The villa has 4 en-suite bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 11 guests (with the option of a 12th guest on a z-bed). The pool can be heated, and the Villa is equipped with air-conditioning for those hotter nights (supplement charges apply). 'Pateo' is a spacious villa enjoying a fantastic location directly above the beach, and with wonderful Ocean views. There is a footpath leading directly down to the beach and local beach bar - it is just 2 to 3 minutes walk to the beach. The villa has a very large private pool which can be heated (supplement charge applies).

There are many amenities very close by, including a mini-market and a good selection of bars and restaurants of course. The larger town of Albufeira is just 2km away, which is approximately 30 minutes walk - but only 15 minutes if you walk along the beach front. In Albufeira you will find many more restaurants, shops and general points of interest, as well as some great nightlife.

The Beach at the bottom of the garden of the Villa

The Villa has a large private swimming pool (10m x 6m) with Roman steps which is surrounded by extensive terraces and a BBQ and children's play area (equipped with a swing). Car hire is not necesary, but is recommended for getting to the larger supermarkets and other areas on the Algarve.
