Rental Prices & Booking Terms & Conditions for Four Seasons Fairways

Arrivals are offered on either a Thursday>, Saturday>, or Sunday>

BOOKING PROCEDURE

All bookings are made on a request basis and are subject to availability.  Bookings are made for a villa or apartment type and under no circumstances can a specific villa or apartment be guaranteed to any client.

CHANGE OVER DAYS

Thursday, Saturday  and Sunday and a very limited amount of villas on Friday.  Duration of stay 7 nights or multiples of 7 nights.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

To ensure a smooth changeover on arrival and departure days we must allow a reasonable period of time for the housekeepers to service the villas and apartments.  Therefore check in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure.  Four Seasons Fairways will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.

 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE DEPARTURE BE GUARANTEED.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS

These items should be requested at the time of booking and are  charged on a weekly basis to the guests account payable prior to their departure from Four Seasons Fairways.  All items are offered subject to availability. 

MAID SERVICE

Mid week maid service is included in the rental price.  For bookings of more than one week a twice weekly service is included in the rental price.  Additional maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.

EXTRA GUESTS

All guests must be named on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum permitted numbers of occupants:-

Maximum of 8 guests in three bedroomed accommodation or two bedroomed plus study accommodation and a maximum of 6 guests in two bedroomed accommodation.  Four Seasons Fairways must be notified if any
Additional guests visit during your stay and reserve the right to levy reasonable charges to cover the cost of any additional housekeeping that may be necessary.

PETS

Animals and pets of any variety are not allowed within the resort of Four Seasons Fairways.

PRICES

All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and are per villa or apartment per week.  Four Seasons Fairways reserve the right to alter their rack rate tariffs.

BREAKAGES

On arrival at Four Seasons Fairways all rental guests are required to give an imprint of their credit card or a cash deposit of 200 UK sterling pounds held against any breakages or damage caused during their stay.  This will be cancelled or refunded at the end of the stay once the villa or apartment has been checked by a Four Seasons Fairways representative .

EXTRAS ACCOUNTS

All extras accounts including telephone must be settled prior to departure. 

MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING WORKS

It is necessary to carry our general resort maintenance work throughout the year.  However Four Seasons Fairways try to ensure that such work is carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to visitors

In the event of necessary maintenance work needing to be carried out to accommodation during a stay Four Seasons Fairways reserve the right to move clients to an alternative villa or apartment of the same or similar type.  Four Seasons Fairways will offer every assistance in the move to ensure the least possible inconvenience is caused to the client.

Four Seasons Fairways cannot be held responsible for any building works or noise from outside the resort.

LOCAL CONDITIONS

Four Seasons Fairways cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance caused to clients due to conditions beyond its control the consequences of which could not have been avoided.  This includes natural or nuclear disaster, fire and adverse weather conditions.

LATE BOOKINGS

Full payment is due immediately for any bookings made less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations must be received by Truly Ltd in writing.

NON ARRIVALS

Four Seasons Fairways Ltd., reserves the right to cancel the booking 24 hours after the due arrival date unless the client informs Four Seasons Fairways of a new arrival date within the original booking dates.
