This spacious villa is located on the hillside with lovely views across Vale de Parra, the surrounding countryside, and to the coast. It is only a few minutes drive to various beaches, a supermarket and a very good selection of local restaurants - with several within easy walking distance. The nearest mini-market is just 800m away, and the nearest restaurant just 400m. The larger town of Albufeira is approximately 8km away, and there is golf local at Salgados.

The villa has a beautiful large swimming pool (approximately 13m x 5m) which has Roman steps at one end and a submerged sitting area at the opposite end. The pool is surrounded by large terraces and has a pool-side shower. Next to the pool terrace is a small lawned area and a BBQ.
