Villa Rentals Vale de Parra - Quinta do Encanto
This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, near Sir Cliff Richard´s villa.
Set in grounds surrounded by walls, and with a gated entrance leading into a large cobbled driveway there is a large swimming pool surrounded by terraces and lawned gardens containing fruit, almond and carob trees. Guia village - famous for its numerous (20+) restaurants, and daily fish, fruit & vegetable market is just a 10 minute walk. |
There are large open terraces with a covered B.B.Q & outside dining area which overlooks the new swimming pool (approximately 10m x 5/6m) which has Roman steps for easy access. Patio doors lead from the living room, dining area and from one bedroom on to the terraces & pool area.
The villa is 6kms from Albufeira and 4.5km from the Blue Flag beaches of Gale, Coelha, São Rafael and Castello.
Algarve Shopping the largest shopping centre in the Algarve with 10 pin bowling is just outside Guia.
Car hire is recommended.
