'Villa Gouveia' is a spacious 5 bedroom property, set on a substantial plot, and centrally located in
Vilamoura. The property is typical in design of larger villas in the area and is
fully enclosed and private. The property benefits from electric gates allowing
access to the grounds. 'Gouveia' is just 15-20 minutes walk
from the Marina in Vilamoura, and the nearest supermarket and restaurants are 500 metres away.

Vilamoura is centrally located around the Marina, with it's excellent
choice of International shops, bars and restaurants, as well as it's
world famous Casino and sporting facilities. There is a fabulous long,
sandy beach as well as a cinema complex and lots of shops and other
amenities. Golf is close by and Faro International Airport is
approximately 15 minutes drive from the town. Vilamoura is, without
doubt, one of the most popular family holiday destinations on the
Algarve. |
