Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to the second of Vilamoura's three golf courses, it is only a short stroll to the exclusive Old Village complex. Villa Graciete is also convenient for the superb Marina, a half-hour’s walk away, where a wide choice of shops and restaurants can be found, and two long, sandy beaches which stretch to either side of the Marina.

The stylish Vilamoura Marina is a leisurely stroll away (approximately 15 minutes) and offers a wide choice of shops, bars and water front restaurants. The Vilamoura mini-train also runs nearby the villa for those who do not want to walk into the centre. Smoking is permitted inside the villa and the spacious interior of this villa is comfortably furnished throughout.
