Villa Rentals Guia - Villa Atlantico 

 This lovely modern spacious villa is located on a small residential estate.  The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous (25+) good value restaurants, also there is a daily fish, fruit & vegetable  market and supermarkets.  The property is totally enclosed by walls and a gate.  The beaches of Galé are approximately 10 minutes by car (5kms).  Albufeira is also just 10 minutes by car.  There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (8m x 3.5 - 4.m) which can be heated (supplement charge of £110.00 per week) and the property is air-conditioned.  The pool is surrounded by terraces with a shower and BBQ and although amenities are within easy walking distance car hire> is essential for access to the beaches and other local attractions.
