Villa Costa
Villa Costa is a
spacious 3 bedroom villa with attractive and
mature gardens and surroundings.
The property is actually a large 6 bedroom villa, but the first floor bedrooms
are not available for rental, so the accommodation is all on the ground floor.
This does mean though that clients will benefit from the fact that this is a
larger villa, with associated larger pool and gardens, not to mention principal
living accommodation.
Situated in a quiet
cul-de-sac within the 5 Star Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort on the eastern
side of Vilamoura, the property is furnished in a modern style and the World
famous Vilamoura Marina is approximately
3km away. Car hire is recommended for getting to the Marina and other amenities.

the
Vila Sol Spa &
Golf Resort, you will have access to a 27-hole golf course, two
tennis courts, swimming pools, a Fitness Centre, a golf academy and a
Kids’ Club. The 'Beach Club' also allows access to some of the finest
beach on the Algarve coastline, and the Resort itself has an excellent
selection of bars and restaurants, including the 'Green Pines
Restaurant', the 'Clubhouse', and the 'Prime Bar'. Please note that use
of the resort facilities is not included in the weekly rental rate, and
supplement charges will apply.

This Villa itself is just a short drive from the centre
of Vilamoura, which is
considered by many to be one of the most popular and cosmopolitan towns
on the Algarve.
Vilamoura
attractions include five different golf courses, a large Marina, tennis club,
riding school, sports centre, shooting club, International casino, cinema,
bowling club, night clubs, a private airstrip and a wide variety of water-sports.
Also within the heart of Vilamoura there is an ancient Roman site and the Museum
of Cerro de Vila which provides interesting information into the history of the
place. The area is suitable
for all ages of holidaymakers due to the wide range of activities available.
Vilamoura, and the Vila Sol Resort itself, are easily accessible - just 2 hours from the main European capitols and a 20
minute drive from Faro International airport. |
