bedroom villa is located within its own extensive and mature grounds containing
many olive, fruit and fig trees. The villa has a modern kitchen area (with a
dishwasher and washing machine) and is tastefully furnished throughout. Villa
Eve is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from Guia which is famous
for its numerous good value restaurants (more than 25). There is a Slide &
Splash Water Park locally, as well as Zoomarine Aquaticland which
both offer an excellent alternative to a day by the large pool! Villa
Eve is perfectly located for a family holiday enjoying easy access to all
types of distraction, as well as excellent proximity to some of the finest
beaches on the Algarve. The closest bars and restaurants are situated 400m from
'Eve', and a small supermarket is just 500m from the property.

Approximately 5 minutes drive from Guia is
Guia Shopping which is now the largest shopping centre on the
Algarve, and here can also be found a 10 pin Bowling Centre and multi
screen Cinema. Guia is also know as the home to 'chicken piri piri'
- one of the traditional recipes of the Algarve. There is also a daily
fruit, vegetable and fresh fish market within walking distance of the
villa. The very large lit swimming pool (12m x 6m) has Roman steps is
surrounded by terraces with a large pergola for shade. There is a
pool-side shower & BBQ.
