This area of Carvoeiro is located within walking distance of the village centre, and central beach. ‘Colina’, means hill in Portuguese, and a short walk down an acceptable incline will see you right in the heart of the village. Colina Branca also offers some impressive views, and many of our villas here will have views to the Ocean from the roof terraces or bedrooms. There are several excellent restaurants within Colina Branca & Mato Serrao, and access to Sesmarias and Carvoeiro Club is easy. Our clients often comment on the fact that they have stayed so close to the centre of the village, and yet felt as if they had been located in a rural retreat – which is great if you wish to have plenty to do, but would also like to be away from the centre of things.

In this area we have a selection of villas and townhouses we can offer, ‘Casa Maserico’ being a longstanding favourite, and all of these dwellings are within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants. In addition to the watersports and sunbathing available at a selection of different beaches, the exclusive Carvoeiro Tennis Club is virtually on your doorstep here, for a variety of activities such as tennis and spa and beauty treatments. In general then, this is a reasonably quiet part of Carvoeiro which is close to the centre of the village, whilst not being in the middle of it. A good selection of bars and restaurants are available, and several beaches are within walking distance, so it is ideal for family vacations.
