This is a contemporary first floor apartment, and it is well within walking distance of  beaches (600m), bars, and restaurants (300m) – perfect for all the family! There is a large communal pool (17m x 10m with two children’s pools & Roman steps), which is surrounded by terraces, lawned gardens, and a tennis court. These are, without doubt, the finest apartments available in the area. The apartment is in the same resort as Apartment Monte> which makes this an ideal solution for a couple of families, or group of friends, looking to holiday together without sharing the same accommodation. Air-conditioning has been installed for 2008 and this is included in the weekly rental rate.

Approximately 5 minutes drive from Guia is Guia Shopping which is now the largest shopping centre on the Algarve, and here can also be found a 10 pin Bowling Centre and multi screen Cinema. Guia is also know as the home to ‘chicken piri piri’ - one of the traditional recipes of the Algarve. There is a pool-side shower & BBQ. Car Hire> is recommended for getting around.
