This lovely villa is situated in Quinta dos Alamos – a residential estate just a 10 minute walk from Guia, a small town with supermarket, daily fish, fruit & vegetable market, shops and famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 20. The villa is fully air-conditioned & the garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m & the other 8m) which can be heated (supplement charge applies).
The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ. Car Hire> is recommended for getting to the beaches (approximately 5km away) but is not necessary for access to the closest restaurants and bars, which are just 400m from the property.
