This lovely large villa is situated in a small urbanisation just east of Pêra, which is close to Guia and Armação de Pêra. The house has beautiful Ocean and country views and represents excellent value for this level of accommodation.
There is a small road to the superb sandy beach which runs between Galé and Armação de Pêra and is some 5km long with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades. The pool is approximately 8m x 4m and there is a sauna in the basement for use by clients if they wish. Car hire is required for getting to the beach and other amenities.
